Joe Bilancio, Programs Manager

Joe was programs manager for Reel Affirmations for several years before leaving three years ago. He is also the Film Program Director for the Rehoboth Beach Film Society's annual independent film festival each November.

Joe is back as a consultant for One In Ten helping the programming committees choose the film for Reel Affirmations 20.

Larry is a former president of the One In Ten board and served for many years as director of special events, planning the parties for Reel Affirmations.
